Mathematics Made Simple Part 2

Please go to Mathematics Made Simple before you read this blog because this is one step further.

Today I am going to share some simple mathematics to keep on training our brain so that it works properly even though in our age of 100. Believe me or not?

Let’s go

How much is 12,345,678 plus 87,654,321? Please give me the answer immediately without having to use calculator or paper. The answer is 99,999,999

Proof:

12,345,678
87,654,321
-----------
99,999,999
========

How to answer instantly depend on your memory by training! Training! Training!

I learned this simple mathematics from one of the standard two students.

Here comes difficult one! My own creation!

How much is 31 X 31 again no calculator is allowed. The answer is 961

Let me show you how.

Step 1- last digit is always 1
Step 2- take 3 + 3 = 6
Step 3- take 3 X 3 = 9

The results is 961

Another one says 91 X 91

Step 1- last digit is always 1
Step 2- take 9 + 9 = 18 but only take the 2nd digit
Step 3- take (9 X 9) + 1(taken from 1st digit in step 2) = 82

The results is 8281

Sound difficult? Try as many as you can and you will become expert.

Happy learning!
