Lesson Learned From Disasters

I do not know how many of us still remember the Tsunami that happen on 26/12/2004 but I am sure that everyone aware of the disasters that happen recently in Myanmar (Burma) and China.

Myanmar’s Cyclone happen on 2/5/2008 and China Earthquake happen on 12/5/2008.

Of course! all of us know that these disasters that I mentioned above have something in common.

What????

-A lot of people death, injured, missing and suffered.

-Severe damage in the country including buildings, infrastructure like communication networks and electrical towers, etc.

-Attract the attention of the whole world.

-Donation/contribution from all over the world be it charity organization, non charity organization, government, religious organization, community at large, volunteers etc.

What else????

I would like to point out another one which I think not many of us observed or ever think of. That is the date of the disaster.

What is it????????????????

All the disasters above happen after we celebrate the big day.

After Christmas – 26/12
After Labour Day – 2/5
After Mother’s Day – 12/5

What message that these disasters try to bring to us?

Normally what we do during these celebrations? Of course! celebrate with our families and people that we love.

Have you ever missed the chance to celebrate with those people whom you love most, because of the following reasons:

-You are too busy with your work, assignment, study or whatever.
-Celebrate with someone else.
-You forgot about it totally.

Some of the survivor might miss the chance to celebrate with their love before the disaster happen and missed it forever. Can you imagine how sad is it?

I think it is time for us to appreciate the chance and time that we have with our family and those people we love before it is too late, because we do not know which day is the end of our life.

We always think that we can wait until we are free or postpone to tomorrow. However, sometimes this is not the case. They just can’t wait for us even for a second.

Stress Released Made Simple

Let me share my stress release techniques with everyone.

It can be divided to three parts:

Physically

Spare some time to exercise because after we exercise our brain will release some mechanism which is acting like morphine that can help us calm down and enable us to think positively. The best exercise that I would suggest is big walk or chooses the favorite exercise that you like most.

Try to laugh every day even though you don’t feel like laughing because when we laugh our worries gone. So let us laugh out loud.

Mentally

Try to change our mindset to think positively. Some of the examples are as follows:

Everything can be settled, no matter how difficult it is.

If the problem can be solved eventually then there is no need to worry about it. If the problem can not be solved then worry also no use. The conclusion is that there is no need to worry. It is not going to help.

Don’t worry! Be Happy! Happy go lucky!

Apply a Diet Supplement

Taking food that is full of vitamin B especially niacin or B3. Lack of B3 will change a person to negative thinking, confuse, worries, unstable, forgetful and stressful.

What food is full of vitamin B3? A lot! Including liver, brewer yeast, fish, egg, meat (not fat).

Find it too troublesome to take care of your diet? Then get ready made supplement from Pharmacy. My recommendation would be St. John’s Wort from http://our.easypha-max.com
