The outbreak of this disease has affected personal, societies, economic and the world.
As an individual who cares for our health, our life, our family, our country and the world as a whole, what we can do to help?
Personal hygiene
Wash hand frequently with soap especially before eating and after going to toilet. I noticed that a lot of people coming out from the toilet without washing their hands and some of them wash without using soap.
There are ways as to how to wash hand thoroughly to prevent the spread of diseases but most of them left out two very important area that need to be washed also. One of it is the water tab that you turn on and off and another one is the door knob. This is because when you touch the tab to turn the water off or you hold the knob to open the door the germ will back to your hand again. These are the germs left by those people who did not wash their hands or did not wash properly.
So, before you wash your hand, wash the water tab first if you need to touch it later. Then, after you washed your hand wipe it with a tissue paper and used the same tissue paper to hold the knob to open the door and throw the tissue in the dustbin.
Washing hands with soap is very important if you come into contact with people who are sick. Wash your hand thoroughly before and after you touch the patient.
Unfortunately, I noticed that even the toilet in the hospital did not provide soap for us to wash our hand. The same happen to canteen.
Also avoid touching face area like mouth, nose and eyes as germ will spread through these areas especially when you did not wash your hands with soap.
Listen to the advice and instruction given by the authority.
Do not go around spreading the germs when you know that you are sick, quarantine yourself and wear mask properly to protect others from being infected.
If you were instructed by the authority to quarantine yourself, please follow exactly the instruction to avoid spreading the disease to make it worst. As it is not your personal matter. Nothing is more important than our health and lives.
Boost up immune system
Have enough sleep to boost up your immune system especially during
